{Checklist Knowledge Bases...

As noted on this web site, knowledge acquisition and maintenance present serious challenges to the modern knowledge-centric organization. To try and address these issues, we have used what we call Checklist Knowledge Bases.

As the name implies, these knowledge bases are presented in the form of simple checklists. Of course the user has the option to select any item and drill down to whatever level of detail is required.

We have found that this format is easy to use and develop. We use out in house tools and our customers knowledge to create and maintain checklists for:

  • Repair
  • Security
  • Audit and Internal Controls
